RCA: Failure to recognize/accommodate cultural impediments to the end to end process vision.
Ultimately, we opted for a reduced ROI on the initiative. Client leadership and staff were “shoulder to shoulder” throughout the entire engagement…the post mortem included. “Fail quickly” wasn’t our best option, but it was acceptable as a key organizational learning. Our relationship continued and thrived despite this setback.
